The UGAP™ Global Partnerships & Affiliation model provides a structured international collaboration framework for institutions and organizations committed to ethical innovation, good governance, professional development, and responsible global cooperation. The model is designed to enable meaningful cross-border engagement while preserving institutional autonomy, respecting jurisdictional authority, and upholding public-interest principles.
UGAP™ affiliation is non-exclusive, non-commercial, and values-based. It does not involve ownership, control, or transfer of legal authority. Instead, it establishes a shared governance and collaboration environment aligned with international CPD standards, ethical governance frameworks, and globally recognized best practices. This approach allows diverse institutions to collaborate with confidence, transparency, and mutual accountability.
Participation in CPD-UGAP™ Programs
Affiliated partners may participate in, co-develop, or host CPD-UGAP™ Dual Accredited programs, subject to applicable accreditation, governance, and quality-assurance requirements. Programs are structured around defined learning outcomes, documented participation, assessment, and evidence retention, ensuring alignment with international CPD expectations.
What Affiliation Enables
Universities & Colleges
UGI Canada partners with accredited universities and colleges to support education, research, and institutional capacity building in areas such as ethical AI, digital governance, cybersecurity, sustainability, and global leadership. All academic authority, accreditation, and credentialing remain with the partner institution.
