INTERNAL GOVERNANCE
UHF Global Institute (UGI) Canada serves as the governance, affiliations, and CPD coordination arm of Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada, ensuring that all programs, partnerships, and initiatives delivered within the UHF Global Affiliated Partnership (UGAP™) ecosystem operate with the highest standards of ethics, accountability, transparency, and international compliance.
UGI Canada does not act as a degree-granting institution, regulator, or licensing authority. Instead, it functions as a governance-assurance and quality-alignment platform, supporting universities, institutions, NGOs, professional bodies, and mission-aligned organizations in collaborating globally while fully respecting jurisdictional authority, academic independence, and professional regulations.
UGI Canada’s governance philosophy emphasizes ethical decision-making, integrity in partnerships, evidence-based CPD operations, and humanitarian-driven leadership. Governance oversight is maintained through a structured four-pillar model that includes the UHF Canada Board of Directors, the UGI Governance & CPD Committee, the Ethical AI & Global Governance Advisory Council, and the International Partnerships & Humanitarian Relations Council. Together, these bodies ensure strategic alignment, quality assurance, ethical innovation, and meaningful global collaboration.
Through the UGAP™ ecosystem, UGI Canada facilitates international institutional affiliation and coordinates CPD Dual Accredited programs, including global congresses, forums, conferences, and applied skill labs. All CPD initiatives are structured around clearly defined learning outcomes, supported by documented participation, assessment, verification, and secure evidence retention. CPD certification is issued exclusively through approved partner institutions in accordance with their accreditation standards.
UGI Canada operates in alignment with international governance principles, UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), responsible and trustworthy AI frameworks, and international CPD standards. Risk management, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement processes safeguard trust, protect participants, and maintain institutional credibility.
UGI Canada’s governance framework exists not only to ensure compliance, but to advance a global vision of ethical innovation, professional integrity, peace, and sustainable human development.
