The UGAP™ Global Partnerships & Affiliation model provides a trusted, governance-led international collaboration framework for institutions and organizations committed to ethical innovation, good governance, professional development, and responsible global cooperation. Coordinated through UHF Global Institute (UGI) Canada, the model enables meaningful cross-border engagement while preserving institutional autonomy, respecting jurisdictional authority, and upholding public-interest principles.
UGAP™ affiliation is non-exclusive, non-commercial, and values-based. It does not involve ownership, control, or the transfer of legal, academic, or regulatory authority. Instead, it establishes a shared governance and collaboration environment aligned with international CPD standards, ethical governance frameworks, and globally recognized best practices. This approach allows diverse partners to collaborate with confidence, transparency, and mutual accountability.
Affiliation enables participation in CPD-UGAP™ Dual Accredited programs, co-hosted congresses, forums, summits, innovation labs, and structured learning initiatives. Partners benefit from governance alignment and compliance support, including ethical AI, digital governance, data-protection awareness, accountability mechanisms, and risk-informed decision-making aligned with UN SDGs and OECD principles. UGAP™ also supports multi-country project collaboration through non-commercial MOUs and shared-responsibility models that ensure legal clarity and sustainable impact.
The UGAP™ Partner Ecosystem includes universities and colleges, NGOs and humanitarian organizations, government and public-sector bodies, technology and enterprise providers, EdTech, HealthTech, FinTech partners, and international or multilateral organizations. Across all sectors, partnerships remain advisory, educational, and capacity building in nature.
A key component of the ecosystem is BelitSoft, an UGAP™ Accredited Strategic Technology Partner, contributing governance-ready digital systems across education, healthcare, finance, and public-sector domains under UGI Canada oversight.
