Dr. Dipak Kumar Maiti is a distinguished academic leader, engineer, and international innovation advisor with deep expertise in aerospace engineering, applied research, and global innovation ecosystems. He currently serves as Hal Professor of the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, one of India’s premier institutions for science, engineering, and advanced research.

Dr. Maiti’s academic and professional career reflects a strong commitment to innovation-led research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and technology-driven problem-solving aligned with societal and developmental priorities. His work integrates engineering excellence with systems thinking, institutional collaboration, and responsible innovation—bridging research, education, and real-world application across national and international contexts.

As the Chair of the UGAP™ International Congress, Dr. Maiti contributes to shaping high-level dialogue on innovation, governance, education, and global collaboration. He supports the Congress’s mission to promote ethical, inclusive, and policy-relevant approaches to emerging technologies and innovation systems.

Professor Bivash Panday is a scholar-practitioner, humanitarian leader, and global peacebuilder whose work advances interdisciplinary approaches to human security, ethical innovation, and sustainable development. As Founder and President of the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada and President of the Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada, he provides strategic, academic, and governance leadership across international peacebuilding, education, and professional learning initiatives.

His work integrates peace studies, public policy, behavioral science, global governance, and wellbeing research, emphasizing the interconnectedness of inner wellbeing, social cohesion, and institutional resilience as foundations for sustainable human development. Professor Panday has led and coordinated international collaborations with academic institutions, civil-society organizations, professional bodies, and global partners, contributing to CPD-aligned education pathways, ethical AI and digital governance discourse, and human-centered innovation frameworks aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

As a UN Volunteer and Peacemaker, his leadership reflects a strong commitment to humanitarian values, inclusive governance, and evidence-informed practice. He has authored and contributed to thought leadership on peace, ethics, and human development, and actively mentors emerging leaders, educators, and practitioners. Through UHF and UGI Canada, Professor Panday continues to advance globally aligned, non-commercial platforms that promote ethical leadership, cross-border collaboration, and sustainable peace.

BARRISTER TEASMIEA R. PATEL

Barrister Teasmiea Rahman Patel is an internationally experienced legal professional and governance advisor with over fifteen years of legal practice across British Columbia and Ontario, Canada. Her expertise spans ethical governance, artificial intelligence regulation, cybersecurity law, data protection, privacy, and human-rights–aligned compliance in complex cross-border and digital environments.

She serves as Chief Global Legal Advisor to the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada and the Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada, where she provides strategic legal oversight across global partnerships, governance frameworks, and CPD-UGAP™ Dual Accredited international programs. In this role, she supports institutional integrity, risk management, transparency, and regulatory alignment across education, technology, and humanitarian initiatives.

Barrister Patel is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Bio-Cybersecurity & International Governance (BiG) Clinic Foundation, a nonprofit, pro bono legal and governance platform operating under the humanitarian mandate of UHF Canada. The BiG Clinic provides advisory support on ethical AI, cybersecurity resilience, digital safety, data governance, and international regulatory coherence—strengthening public trust and institutional confidence across jurisdictions.

Her work integrates legal rigor with humanitarian values, ensuring that emerging technologies and global collaborations remain lawful, ethical, and socially responsible. Through policy guidance, governance design, and international collaboration, Barrister Patel contributes to advancing human security, ethical innovation, and sustainable peace in alignment with UN principles and international rule-of-law standards.

PROFESSOR AMITAVA BOSE BAPI

Professor Amitava Bose is a distinguished academic leader, researcher, and educator with expertise in business analytics, cybersecurity, and organizational strategy. He holds advanced degrees in business administration and analytics, including an MBA and an MS in Business Analytics, and brings over a decade of experience in higher education, curriculum development, accreditation-aligned program design, and applied interdisciplinary research.

As Head of the Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada, Professor Bose leads academic governance, global program architecture, and the development of CPD-UGAP™ Dual Accredited international learning frameworks. His role focuses on ensuring that professional education, leadership programs, and global initiatives meet internationally recognized standards of quality, ethics, accessibility, and evidence-based learning. He plays a central role in advancing UGI Canada’s mission as a non-commercial governance and partnership platform operating under the humanitarian mandate of Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada.

In his capacity as Senior Vice President of UHF Canada, Professor Bose supports education, research, and innovation initiatives aligned with peacebuilding, human security, and sustainable development objectives. MR. BOHDAN KYSLENKO

Bohdan Kyslenko serves as Volunteer Secretary General of the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada, contributing to organizational coordination, youth engagement, and international outreach across UHF’s humanitarian and educational initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and brings practical experience in mental health awareness, community wellbeing, and human-centered engagement.

Within the UHF–UGI–UGAP™ ecosystem, Bohdan plays an integral role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of CPD-UGAP™ Dual Accredited international programs, including global congresses, strategic summits, conferences, and virtual learning forums. His responsibilities span operational logistics, digital coordination, participant support, and technical readiness, helping ensure that programs are accessible, inclusive, and professionally delivered.

With a strong commitment to service and continuous learning, Bohdan supports the smooth execution of international governance and learning platforms. His reliability, adaptability, and people-centered approach strengthen UHF and UGI Canada’s capacity to convene high-quality global dialogues that advance ethical leadership, education, and sustainable peace.

Terry K. Rupert serves as a Volunteer Coordinator with UHF Canada, contributing decades of experience in healthcare, community service, and public engagement. His work is grounded in compassion, cultural inclusion, and a lifelong commitment to supporting others. Terry assists with community outreach, youth engagement, and optional representation in UGAP™ events. He is also an advocate for arts and cultural diversity, promoting creativity and multicultural understanding. His service reflects the humanitarian spirit of UHF Canada and strengthens the Foundation’s community-centered impact.

Professor K. H. Comet is a distinguished global educationist, philanthropist, and institutional leader serving as Global Chief Trustee of the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada. In this role, he provides strategic governance oversight, fiduciary stewardship, and long-term vision to advance UHF’s humanitarian, educational, and peacebuilding mandate. His leadership supports ethical governance, institutional sustainability, and the strengthening of international partnerships and resource mobilization frameworks.

Professor Comet has an extensive record of founding and leading higher-education institutions, research organizations, and development initiatives across multiple regions. His contributions span education reform, innovation ecosystems, workforce development, and socially responsible entrepreneurship. He has held senior leadership and trustee roles in universities, foundations, professional bodies, and civic organizations, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to public-interest education and inclusive development.

Through his work with UHF Canada, Professor Comet champions education as a cornerstone of sustainable peace, social cohesion, and global wellbeing. His vision emphasizes ethical leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and globally aligned institutional partnerships that contribute to long-term human development and shared global responsibility.

ENGR. SAHADEB K. DAS (DEB)

Engr. Sahadeb K. Das serves as Director of Estate, IT & Operations for Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada and Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada. With a solid foundation in engineering, infrastructure planning, and operational management, he plays a key role in supporting organizational stability, digital systems, and administrative coordination across national and international programs.

His responsibilities include overseeing IT-enabled operations, estate and facilities management, internal systems integration, and logistical support for global learning platforms, CPD-UGAP™ Dual Accredited initiatives, and international events. Engr. Das contributes to the effective delivery of technology-supported education, governance workflows, and institutional processes.

Guided by principles of transparency, accountability, and service, his work ensures operational continuity and alignment with UHF’s humanitarian mission and UGI Canada’s global governance and professional learning objectives—providing the operational backbone for sustainable, ethical, and globally engaged programming.

PROF. DR. M. N. SARKER

Dr. M. N. Sarker is a senior academic leader and sustainability expert with extensive experience in climate action, environmental policy, and sustainable development across academic, policy, and institutional contexts. He currently serves as Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) at Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada, where he provides strategic leadership in curriculum development, academic quality assurance, faculty engagement, and alignment with internationally recognized sustainability and professional learning standards.

In his role as Consultant to Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada, Dr. Sarker advises on initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on climate resilience, environmental governance, and sustainable community development. His work supports the integration of evidence-based research, policy frameworks, and practical implementation across humanitarian and educational programs.

Dr. Sarker’s career reflects a strong commitment to advancing climate-resilient development, responsible environmental stewardship, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Bandhupran Sarker Apu brings extensive expertise in administrative leadership, quality assurance, and operational management to his role within Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada and Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada. He plays a central role in overseeing administrative systems, global estates, asset management, and organizational coordination, ensuring that institutional operations remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with UHF’s humanitarian mandate.

With a strong background in public service, compliance oversight, and organizational support, Mr. Apu contributes to strategic planning, executive assistance, and cross-functional coordination across national and international initiatives. His responsibilities include strengthening internal processes, supporting governance structures, and facilitating smooth operational delivery for UHF–UGI programs, partnerships, and global activities.

Through his disciplined operational leadership and attention to institutional integrity, Mr. Apu helps reinforce UHF and UGI Canada’s capacity to function as reliable, transparent, and mission-driven organizations.
